Ok, a little formal introduction to the beautiful person - Cameryn Rose. Drum roll please . . .

Cameryn Rose was born January 21, 10:55am. She squeaks and smiles, and all those other wonderful things. Gabrielle and Hanakah think she’s something great.

The whole labor and birth went extremely well. We prayed, we laughed, we cried and beamed. God is wonderful and very gracious to us!!!

She weighed 6pounds, 3.8 ounces at birth and measured 19.5 inches long. She is a tiny bundle compared to our 4 year old HK and 5.5 year old ‘Brielly! Wow.

Last night we arrived home with our precious bundle and what a feeling that was. Again we just breathed out, “Thank you Jesus!” He is merciful!!

So, now to settled in and rediscover what it means to have a little person in our home. It is going to be an adventure and not a lot of sleep is promised if last night is any indication - now there are three excited girls waking up at random times through the night… I suppose that will settle down once the girls realize that baby is here to stay and they don’t have to keep going to mommy’s room just to check!

We really like the name we have chosen and are trying to write down the meaning in a way that fits with her. Cameryn can mean prominence, and rose carries with it the beauty and fragrance of a rose. We know that this little person is precious to the Lord and the fragrance of God’s grace and mercy have been characteristic of the entire pregnancy.
