1 hour of wind and rain - 200miles to go and feeling GOOD
A quick errand by bike turned into a solid hour of good hard grinding. The whole way back there was wind in the face and rain slapping the jeans on my legs. Something about me enjoys the pain I feel even as I sit here and drip.

Manly Mans Manly Retreat 2006 and Sore Bones
It took me 15 minutes to put on my clothes this morning. 1 minute to get the first sock on, a couple of minutes groaning before I could get the other sock on… and so on. Guess this is indication that the previous days of fun were fully enjoyed by me and a few others.
